10MB Account Dramatically Underperforming

I was told that Vox Telecom was the best ISP in South Africa so I decided to purchase myself a 10MB uncapped subscription. After about a month I would experience horrible speeds any time past 6 until about midnight. I use the line mainly for gaming, which when I first purchased the Vox account, I had a ping of roughly 160MS. After a month these speeds shot up to 400MS to begin with, then 700MS and then well over 1000MS every time I tried to play on my gaming nights. Vox tried to pass the buck as they do by saying it was a line speed problem. So I put in my 2MB telkom account details and guess what? 200MS constant no matter the time or day. Vox 10MB account can't even perform close to a 2MB account from another supplier. After over a month and 5 or 6 support tickets later and they still could not resolve my problem. Vox you are a terrible ISP and I will not be recommending you to anyone.
