1 month later and still not internet

I ordered an internet service on the 1st of March, fibre was installed by infrastructure provider on the 19th (late because of upgrades that was done in the area to accommodate additional customers). Now waiting for Vox to sort out the internet connectivity, but the Sales Agents are always checking with the projects team after I phone them and then I do not get feedback as promised and have to phone again to ask what is happening.
