I would like to complain about Vova I made a purchase online and I didn't get my order as I have paid. When I ask for a Refund they have no option to give you an option to request a refund.

Have been speaking to them on numerous occasions and no luck. They don't even have a number we can call and esquire.

So to all online customers please stay away from vova .com they will definitly rip you off your money and you wont even get a refund for your paid items.
