Vova did not deliver and have not been refunded. Now blocked.

I bought two blouses on the internet through Vova, the same blouse just two different sizes. Saw too late that the company is based in China. Waited two months till 2 November. Did not arrive. Contacted them because i want my money back, they keep on sending emails back about refund for only one blouse. Still no refund. Told be it is busy being processes. This morning got an email to say that i am blocked. Not blouse, no money.
