No delivery and refund request denied.
Ordered items from their online store the 2019-05-22 09:45:36. Delivery Date: not later than August 10 2 weeks after stated delivery date, we requested a refund via the self help option. The message response stated the request has been sent through with no email notification. Another month after that, we did the same again as no response was received.
We emailed them asking for an update, where they said our refund request time to respond has expired.
Waiting so long for delivery just to be told they cannot refund us. Stay away from this shifty site.
