Good honest company!

I have ordered several times from Vova recently and am very impressed with the service I have received. Two of my items failed to be delivered and one was not as described but this was out of a total of 27 items. My complaint was read and my refund was issued on the day that I emailed them. That hasn't been the case with other companies. Prices are amazing and although you do have to wait a little longer for your order, it is free P&P. Unsurprisingly, I've just ordered again!
