Angry Customer

I have ordered stuff last year and they have not delivered. When I asked for my refund its been a year already I havent recieved my refund from them.

I have tried numerious times to contact them but they keep taking me one step back. Then they say its my PayPal account and when I talk to the accounts department not once has VOVA tried to refund me even went to by banker but nothing from them
