STAY AWAY

I registered with these people for a virtual office service and after about 1 year I decided to cancel my subscription. They said I need 2 months notice to which I agreed but a debit went off after the cancellation which was not supposed to. I called them and a lady named Megan emailed me and promised a refund, this was 2 months ago and still no refund ?
