⚠️ Avoid Vorster at all costs ⚠️

This company is, without question, the worst in the industry. They sell products that don’t work, and when you call for help, they demand a R750 “service fee” on top of what you’re already paying monthly. Their customer service is a nightmare — to report a fault you have to email three different people, only to be told you must pay before they’ll even fix their own failures.

I’ve had endless problems with Vorster. Once, they cut off our lines for being just one day late on payment, even though their invoice was riddled with errors. I was forced to pay a reinstatement fee just to get back online. Now our phones are down again, and the same circus continues.

This is a horrible, exploitative company with the worst customer service imaginable. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away.
