YOU HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THE WORST BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH VOLTEX

I went to Voltex Kempton Park and on arrival, I noticed that it was dark inside. The guy at the counter (Abraham Gysman) tells me that they're on "LOAD SHEDDING" and he can only draw me a quote, which he did and printed it out (I guess their pc and printer uses coal or gas). But to my surprise, he couldn't do a sale as they were on "LOAD SHEDDING", he couldn't take Bank Cards, Cash Only, he said. I left and promised to come back the following day. I went back on the following day and guess what: DARK AGAIN. They couldn't help me again alleging that they're on "LOAD SHEDDING" like that was news in South Africa. But guys,...this company deals in electricity generating equipment! It sells Solar Panels, Inverters and Batteries, but they don't have their own!!!! Defeated, I gave up. But then I went Online. I was shocked to see that Online prices are 30% to 40% cheaper than prices on the counter. GREAT! I registered, ordered, paid and waited,...and waited. After 2 working days I called Online sales number provided to follow up. I was put through 3 people and none of those people could tell me anything about my order. They took my number and promised to call. I waited for the call that never came for the rest of the day. I called again on the 05/03/2023, but I couldn't get a date of delivery and I guess it will come when it comes. The service at VOLTEX is so pathetic that puts the South African government institutions to shame. It really TOPS THE CAKE in bad customer satisfaction and bad service.
