Worst service

If you are a small customer there is no after sales service. I called them several times regarding an inverter that I bought and struggled to get it to work. The salesperson told me twice that he will call me back with the information but it never happened. We are 200kms from technical support and thought they would be helpful. They got your money and after that they write you off. I am disgusted in their service and will never buy there again
