Voltex worst prepaid meter in the business
Rmi recently got this voltex unit installed for preoaid electricity. Worst **** you can get. Apart from coj and everyone i contacted within coj and coty power being the worst i could deal with from the mayor, to the premier of gauteng..this unit performs as bad as their service.
It limits me to 18.2kw a day. The person installed it onw of the worst you could get with a bad attitude abd seemed drunk. Called me to set up time anf never came. When i called him back..he seemed to be partying with music in the background etc. Name Mele. Anyway after eventually getting it in. It continuosly switches off. I eventually contacted the councillor here jn modrand for some help...needless to say its not the best but she managed to get back to me. S he said they stopped limits in 2015. Why would voltex be supplyin units with 201t programming. Their lcd is completely unfriendly to use.
Why dont we get a choice in picking the unit. My power switches off about times a day and it damaging our appliances. Because everytime i reload to get it started again...it counts units and its at different hours in the day. At times 2am.
****** ridiculous. Coj and citypower we know are the worst department ever worldwide....needless to saybthey would have picked a useless equipment manufacturer and service provider. Stay away people. Dont bother getting a prepaid meter if its this unit. And we get such meters to have limited dealings with coj for their *********** billing errors.
