Voltex Vredenburg: shocking specials

The way Voltex Vredenburg runs their Specials and Promotion campaign is something even *****ed politicians can learn from. It all looks promising until it's time for the goods to be delivered. Here's my experience: I ordered 20 GU 5W LED bulbs Warm White, The warm white not in stock, would arrive 2 days later, 5 days later I put the first bulb up: Cool white, not cool. I returned the box, Apparently a handling mistake at the packers. 2 days later the warm white would arrive, but instead I got my cash back. I then bought 24 LED tubes on special, well at least I thought. When checking the invoice afterwards ( the LED tubes were already installed in light boxes) the tubes were not the ones advertised and also 25% more expensive. Returning them would not be worth the saving because of labor My last attempt was to stock up on Schneider breakers also on special. The special was coming to an end so a paid with an immediate eft 2 days before and mailed proof to the sales agent. When I came to pick it up, I was told the agent never got the EFT, the salesperson was not around when i send someone to collect and the order was not processed and prices were back to old. They even made me walk to the bank to get my stamped account number in order to get my money back. Their specials combined with their service is like a solar panel installed in your garage.
