I would like to thank Anrich and his team for the excellent service I received from them. I experienced problems getting an inverter to communicate with a lithium battery BMS, no matter what I tried. I called Anrich who promised to come personally to find the problem. He arrived on the day, got to work with another team on video call and sorted the matter out to my satisfaction.
