Voltex - Sunsynk Inverter Repair Delays....

Bought a 8kVA Sunsynk Inverter for our church project to run with the new audio upgrade. We in installed the unit last year mid November 2022 - the unit was in service for 4 weeks when we experienced a fault with the unit where the load side reverses the output supply.

Returned the unit to Voltex Kempton Park on 15-12-2023 to be sent in for repairs. Sunsynk repair center was till open until 22-12-2023 - the unit was only sent back to Voltex Alrode Jan 2023. In short the unit was then only booked in with Sunsynk for repairs on the 03-02-2023.

In the mean time we've requested for a replacement unit or refurbished unit with a blunt reply - can't help you...(won't help you...?)

So up to date we are still with no inverter - Month 3... Running the church sensitive audio equipment on Eskom and generator...

As for Synsynk SA - the unit is with them now for 6 weeks now - and still no indication or ETA when we could expect the unit back.

Is this the norm of client service we need to be content with....?
