Voltex refusing to give me statements for my meters

I have 3 meters registered with Voltex, I've been asking them for statements to show prepaid meter usage and how they get to my refunds but they are ignoring my emails. If they have nothing to hide, why do they not send statements to account holders? Their email address is ***
