Your Pretoria North Branch is an absolute headache.

I went to collect items yesterday, with the original quote in hand and the POP printed out, only to be told that the company has no account there and has no knowing of the person who confirmed payment earlier that day. The staff behind the counter were rude and had no interest in helping a customer what so ever.

I left due to my work hours finishing up and due to complete frustration.

We were then told this morning 09/02/2023, that our items ordered and paid for have been sold to another client, 32mm conduit.

Well done chaps, great efforts for business. I will ensure this reaches your HO.
