Voltex Newcastle *****ing my money

Emailed Voltex Newcastle today to get a price on 16/2 ECC Cable. In my email I requested to know whether they have stock. I received a quote back. Drove to Newcastle to pick the cable up. Newcastle is 70kms from where I stay. Got there, paid for the cable and when I went to dispatch then only I was told they are out of stock. No manager available to speak to. They got manager on the phone and he said he will try and source for me. Waited another 30 minutes with no feedback. Had to leave eventually. Was promised they will order and deliver for me tomorrow. On my way back manager phoned me again to ask if they can refund me. Unacceptable as Voltex is the only supplier in the area carrying this cable. Manager got rude and dropped the call in my ear. I think that from now on I will rather buy from another supplier online. I see this as theft as I paid for goods that I never received.
