Voltex meters do not work properly

Had a voltex meter installed and it is awful. It does not accept tokens no matter how many you buy or how many times you punch it in. Happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Then have to log a call with City Power who take forever to come. Sitting with no electricity for hours is not fun. Loadshedding is bad enough. Exceptionally disappointed!
