Voltex D120KP needs to be reviewed

I used to use Landis+Gyr meter for more than10 years, I have never had any issues with it. last year my meter box was replaced with the D120KP voltex meter. I have never had a peace of mind, from one issue to another. Issues like 1. meter number allocated is not registered, cannot buy electricity 2. The meter cannot load to the token. 3. Now, the meter is dead, it is not powering on. Recent issue. I'm in the dark as I write this.

This is within 1 year of getting the new meter box. In all incidents, city power couldn't help, they referred us back to voltex. Im tired of sleeping in the dark. What kind of meter box is this. Replacing a good meter with a problematic meter box.
