VOLTEX D120KP IS A PIECE OF ****
The Voltex D120KP is the worst thing ever. Our electricity has been off for more than 12 hours and City Power has dragged their feet to assist. The issue stems from the prepaid meter box which is dead, cannot load our vouchers and even when it's on, it doesn't register our meter.
I am beyond frustrated as this is not the first time and until this unit is burned, I am sure it will not be the last.
