Voltex Centurion

My husband went to Voltex Centurion and bought a multi tester (their own brand) After a few moths of use the tester did not want to work anymore and he went back to return the item. According to the slip it was still under guarntee so it had to go in for repairs according to the sales person. A month past and no one got back to him as to what is going on. He went in to the store to follow up himself since they don't know how to keep in touch with a customer. The excuse then was that the papers got misplaced and that it still hasnt been send in for repairs. Another 2weeks has past and now they phone him to tell him they cant fix it due to the fact that their repair department says he is responsible for the item not working. The item is still on guarntee!!!! Voltex sales people are also not very friendly. I enterd the store yesterday to get a price on a item. No one greats you or ask if they can assist. They were 3 people behind the sales counter and all 3 on the phone not even aknowleding me as a customer. Unfriendly and we will certinly not make use of Voltex again. I took my business to ARB Centuriojn where I was helped with a smile and excelnet service.
