VOLTEX Cape Town Complain

I went to buy material at Voltex tel ***, in Cape Town, Epping. The salesman there, Siya Majekula, said I must buy through electrian's contract account (Business name LBM Electrical) so that I can get a discount. He said the electrian is very good (workwise) he has known him for many years and he has done electrical work for rich White people too. I did that, but he mentioned I don't need sensors since i already have thermostat (I had already paid), so he returned the sensors which amounted to R7, 830 which was due to me.

This voltex salesman said i must do the return to the electrician's contract account because i will receive my money before they close for december holidays; i did not have a problem since I bought through electrians contract account, and i thought the money itself will go to the bank account that was used for payment. Siya gave me a document to sign that the return will reflect to the electrian's account.

To my suprise the money went to the electrician's account Lusapho Mbundwana, ID no 830906*******, cell ***; Lusapho has been refusing to give me my money. I told Siya at Voltex this, he said I must not involve him because this has nothing to do with him even though he is the one who said I must buy though the electrician's account (Business name LBM Electrical) and he is the one who said the refund must go to the electrian's contract account. I reported this to one of the Voltex Managers who said they will investigate and come back to me, and that was in January 2025, now is 4 April 2025. I would like Voltex head office management to resolve this please; this is a lot of money to loose inside Voltex premises. I believe Siya and his electrian friend played me.
