I went to the Centurion branch to collect and energy meter for my company, (all the way from Waverley in JHB) we need to install that today at the home of one of our clients.. to measure usage. We confirmed that they have stock and When I got there, they issued me with an used item. I declined to take ownership of that because I have paid for a new one. They did not have any more stock and was not to keen to resolve the issue on hand (which had several alternatives) and rather offered me a refund, because that was the easy way out, I walked to the cashier, and the cashier asked if I had paid with a credit card and I said no, she said it will be difficult to refund me, THAT was an understatement of note. A blond lady came to her assistance with an very unfriendly attitude and she asked her if she could cash refund me, and she rep****: he, has got to get his refund via EFT from HO, then she rep**** they, she referred to me as they>>> here is one of my problems, I am NOT a HE or a THEY, I am a Sir, Mister, client or contractor if you wish and on top of that I pay part of your salary by giving your business my MONEY. Their HO is another freak show, try and speak to anybody, they are all at lunch or they just DO NOT ANSWER their extensions. The directors are gold and untouchable and cannot be reached, not one PA would assist or answer they telephones, It sounds so much like a very typical corporate bully. A very SA corporate bully. VOLTEX is a NO GO and that is not the first time I have had **** service from them in Centurion.
