Westrand branch is the worst branch to deal with. They supply us wrong and when we went back for a refund we must wait 4 days + to get our money back. Quotes takes hours if not days before it is mailed back. with the excuse it went into junk folder

Our refund policy at Voltex West Rand is to refund by EFT all payments only after all monies received are cleared through our bank account.  This process normally takes around 48 hours.  We can confirm that your EFT was processed by Head Office at 12h32 on Thursday the 6th of February, less than 4 hours after your initial request for credit and less than 24 hours after the payment was made.

With regards to the issue of your emails going into a Junk folder, we have investigated and rectified this.
