Terrible customer service

On 1st of December 2021 i brought some items at Voltex Brackenfell and the lady Caroline promised that my order will arrive the next day(2nd Dec). I then contacted her and she said they will be delivered the next day. I had to cancel the order as she was delaying me and request the refund. She said that the refunds are done via head office and requested my banking details and I have her the same day.

After a week I sent her message and she didn't reply and I called as she advised that she's waiting for head office. Today (10 January 2022) I went to their offices and the manager showed me that the refund has not been done.

Her service is terrible by all means, I will never trust Voltex ever again.
