Substandard Voltex prepaid meter
6 months ago I converted to a prepaid meter, and city of jhb installed a vortex meter D120kp. Tonight as we speak, I'm sitting in the dark, I can't load prepaid, even bought a 2nd one from a different vendor. There's no manual online assist in resetting the device. I'm now stuck and frustrated on a cold Friday night!
