Poor survive and response

Bought a KAPA Energy UPS from them on the 08/10/2022. After a month, the inverter just peeped and stopped working. I took it in for repairs. I never hear back from them. Calling them once a week to follow up. They tell me they will get back to me, but never do. Asked for a refund or replacement, again they tell me they will get back to me, but don't.
