Placed an order for cable ties. Only to find out by dispatch,they out of stock,only have more expensive ones. So phone my manager to inform him. Spoke to them,he asked for a Manager of Voltex,but no manager. No one at that time

Extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. They don't care about the customer whatsoever,how can u help a customer while u eating chips?it the same strong when I go to Voltex.
