Passing the buck regarding the accident.

on the 03/10/2015,was hit from behind at PTA East at a robot facing East by Marius Outram,we went to Silverton Police for the Accident Report, on 05/10/2015 he said he sent documents to Head Office for the claim, I was called by Khotso Mphafudi who said it wont take long to sort out the query of the accident and I SHOULD NOT contact my insurance because i was hit by a VOLTEX employee,thye will settle out of court, All the documents were sent to them within a week of the accident upon their request even a non-claim letter from my insurance was sent to Vimla Kandhailal at Bidvest Insurance which is used by Voltex, I was told three weeks ago that they will send an assessor and settle however thatnever happened suddenly the matter was not with the two aforementioned, they have now involved their Legal representative for something that was never my fault to start with, I tried to call him (Brendon, Legal representative) to no avail, I just want my car fixed and the matter sorted.
