Passing the buck regarding accident.

On the 03/10/2015,was hit from behind at robot by Marius Outram,we went to Silverton Police for the Accident Report,on 05/10/2015 he said he sent the documents to Head Office for the claim, I was called by Khotso Mphafudi who said it wont take long to sort out my query and i should not contact my insurance because i was hit by a VOLTEX employee,they will settle out of court!all the documents required were sent within a week,then he sent an email to call Vimla Kandhailal at Bidvest their insurance , she wanted a letter from my insurance to sent an assessor however that changed after a week, the both of them on the 26/10/2015 said they no longer deal with the matter it was sent to their Legal Representative Brendon, whom I called several times to no avail, I just want my car fixed and the matter dealt with accordingly because i have provided all they required bu it seems like the matter should just be forgotten.
