I purchased a Luxpower invertor with a Hubble am5 lithium battery. The electrician who performed the installation did not have a clue on how to set up the device. This resulted in the battery being drained when the 2nd round of load shedding ocurred. Fortunately I was supp**** with the contact details of Werner Swanepoel of Voltex Polokwane. He called me and assisted I. setting up the ****le and he remotely set up the device. He called me (after hours and on a Saturday afternoon) several times after the unit was placed into operation to enquire as to operation. There are not many people like Werner Swanepoel who go the extra mile to assist customers. What a great person and an asset to Voltex Polokwane
