Humbulani,security is helping us instead of staff

It was my 3rd time visit this store.Not even once I was helped by the staff.1st time I left without extension I was looking 4.2nd time I was about to leave also until Humbulani came 2 my rescue who is a security.I had to wait 4 her 2 finish helping other customer cause the staff was standing and chatting at the reception area.Yesterday I had to leave without anything cause Humbulani couldn't find what I wanted.Even after she asked 4 help, Abraham if I'm not mistaken, didn't help us.He kept passing by and saying 2 Humbulani,what you are looking 4 it out of stock. I wanted to ask him when is it going to be available. He left me there twice if not tries asking him. He didn't bother to talk to me or answer my question.I complained 2 other customers,they told me that if you don't know what you are looking 4 or where are you going 2 get it.You will leave without getting it from that store. I'm appealing 2 the management at the head office 2 intervene.I don't think I will ever go back 2 that store and I don't want any compulsions from them.They must do something about their staff serious* angry&sad for years* I don't know is it because we are in the location to get such a terrible service
