Fantastic Customer Service

WOW what customer service from Mark Landers, Internal Sales at Voltex, Epping. I went to Voltex, Strand in search of Twin 2pin Adaptors. The manager told me that they didn't carry stock of this particular item and I should go online and order it to be sent to Strand for collection. Unfortunately when I went online there was only a collection point available in Cape Town and I am in Gordons Bay. So I sent an e-mail asking if there was a solution to the problem and got a very prompt reply from Mark Landers offering to sent the items to Strand for my collection. In this day and age one rarely finds someone so committed to help a small order client like me
