Fantastic after sales support

It's not every day that I am impressed, but when I requested assistance yesterday for a smart geyser device I bought, one anticipated a weeks-long struggle to get assistance. To my surprise, in the span of an afternoon, they have phoned me, put me in touch with the supplier, sorted me out, and phoned me this morning to check that I have been helped.

These are the kind of suppliers that makes one's day and want one to support them just even more.
