************* company, not fullfilling basic obligations - www.voltex.co.za

Beware, Voltex is an ************* company which advertises a range of electrical and solar products. I bought a 8 KW solar system via the internet recently. My electronic payment was immediately acknowledged, I received confirmation that the order is being processed with delivery/courier details. We proceeded to plan for installation as we are in a great hurry to upgrade our current system due to unforeseen circumstances. Time is of the essence in this case. The goods have not been sent and I have been informed that the goods which I have paid for will not be delivered at all. Voltex has made no attempt to honour my purchase contract. It has been disappointing and a waste of time as well. I feel that even one star is too much in this case.
