Blatantly disregarded over the phone

I had phoned the Epping branch to ask for prices of products. I was greeted with "hello", no introduction/ name or anything. I was hastily given the prices and as I was about to ask another question, the salesman rushes me off the phone, says "thanks, bye" and puts the phone down. He was not willing to hear what I had to say and was clearly not interested in a bulk sale (but he wouldn't know that since he didn't even bother to ask). Phoned the Ottery Branch and the salesman was very helpful and even offered better prices, even if it was by a few cents. Will never purchase from Voltex in Epping.
