YOUR ACCOUNT SECTION SUCKS

<p>I am now REALLY REALLY fed up with these notes telling me I am overdue. I have made several calls to your offices and every time you tell me it is corrected. I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE DEBIT ORDER THAT YOU TAKE so how can you tell me I am in arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this matter sorted out TODAY with confirmation that it is because if this affect my credit record, all hell will break loose.
