Customer Service beyond Expectations
Recently returned linen to the Volpes shop in Tokai which I had purchased at another Branch. The return was not straightforward thru no fault of Caroline or the Tokai Branch. She nevertheless turned what could have been a wasted and time consuming effort on my part ito a positive and rewarding shopping experience. My thanks to her and the Volpes team at Tokai

Terrible experience at Volpes Ballito Junction
Terrible experience. I bought a duvet cover and only noticed a white mark when I got home, which shows through on coloured covers. When I tried to exchange it, I was treated terribly. Staff accused me of using and washing it, even though I had just opened it. The pillow cases were also poorly made with threads coming apart. The manager was unhelpful and the call centre just said "whatever the manager says goes." I was ...

Disappointed and angry
I ordered a duvet set on 17 April 2025 and on 23 April 2025 I received an email informing that the duvet was out of stock but they managed to outsource from one of their branches I'll be receiving it soon. I then ordered another one on 24 April 2025 and there was no communication regarding that.

Complain about incorrect curtain order and poor service
The complaint is regarding the poor service I received following my purchase of an eyelet curtain from your East London store on January 29, 2025.

Poor service and company policies
Terrible service from Volpes New Market Mall, and I guess Volpes policies in general. Paid up front for a product which unfortunately wasn’t in stock at the time 2 weeks ago.
I’ve had to personally follow up with the store twice to check if the product has arrived after 2 weeks. Was told last week that the product would arrive this week. This after we were told the product would arrive the first week after purchase.

Poor Deliver Service
Ordered linen 10 days ago and my order has only been processed, nothing further. It doesn't help me with guests arriving this weekend in 2 days.

Quilts
I have bought 2 Quilts at Volpes in December the one after 1st Wash completely lost all colour.I returned it to the store and exchanged it for a different set.The other Quilt now after 1st wash Threading came loose making the strings to hang.I only buy my bedding from Volpes im not happy with this purchase now I have to deal with phonecalls and staff that tell me to call later.
