Worst Service I Have ever Experienced

I ordered Pillows and a Duvet Set and when delivery arrived only the pillows were in parcel, not the duvet set. I immediately contacted Volpes who said they will investigate and get back to me. Well they did. They told me they have footage of duvet being packed with pillows. I am made out to be a ****. I paid for a product I never received.
