Worst service ever!

All the Ladies in this specific branch in the North cape mall in kimberley were Very unhelpfull when I wanted to make a R69 refund on items that I bought the day prier to the encounter. The lady helping told me that she didn't have enough money to refund me and told me to come back later to fetch my money.
