WHITE ITEMS NOT REFUNDABLE

CRADLESTONE MALL: I bought a duvet inner and decided against the purchase the next day. Took it back in the original packaging without opening it. Volpes told me they dont refund WHITE items BUT i can exchange it for something else. Is that not a contradiction? Then its not about the WHITE items but rather about not wanting to refund customers? Have you ever heard such nonsense. I have a right as a consumer to return items not desired. This attitude of VOLPES made me realise that I will stick to Mr Price as i always had in the past. And for the price I pay at Mr Price it is still my no 1.
