Volpes - worst ever

I returned a set of curtains on the 24th of September. Today is the 20th of October and I have not received my money back onto card. I have been following up with Volpes Mall of Africa on a daily basis and it's weeks and nothing has happened. Apparently they refunded my card but now have no proof that it was the same card I used to purchase so their bank won't process my refund and that is now my problem. I even offered to supply my bank statement but Phulani turned it down. Still sitting with no refund. Pathetic! And no one to complain to or to assist. So your queries lie in the incompetence of the staff in the store
