Volpes William Moffet not paying back refund sale

On the 15th December l bought curtains at Volpes in William Moffet and just after arriving at home l received a message from them saying that they will be running a 20% off special on the 16th so l decided not to open my purchase and returned it to the shop the next day 16th December.

I returned the curtains and they claimed to have debited my bank account with the amount of purchase. I asked can't they do a return and sell transactions for me for the curtains against the returned curtains and but these at discounted price they said no these transactions needed to be separate.

I comp**** and made a purchase at discounted price of 20% off and a separate transaction for the supposedly return sale for the ones that were bought on the 15th.

Till this day (19 Jan 2021) l have not been refunded. I am being told stories everyday, what irritates me the most is the fact that these stories are narrated to me when am the one who makes contact with them. They don't have the decency to pick up a call and inform me of the developments of my case. I told them that they better take me seriously or else if and when l decide to go there and demand my money l will close the shop for business until am refunded.

They even requested bank statements from that day till 10th Jan which l provided.

I have spent soo much money and time speaking to this company. The phone calls.... The emails.....requesting a bank statement.... A visit to the shop...... All these things are costly and the disrespect l get in return is unspeakable. I have been speaking with Theresa
