VOLPES REFUNDS

Last week we bought quite a few items, and we mainly paid cash and the balance on my debit card (also cash) The next day I returned a few things (no problem with the product) just not the same color we were looking for. Now the problem I have is the REFUND - they told me 3 to 5 working days (which is also unacceptable) as we mainly paiud cash. This morning when I phoned it turns suddenly to 7 to 10 WORKING DAYS. i TRIED TO PHONE THE hEAD oFFICE - - I GAVE UP AFTER 12 ATTEMPTS TO GET THROUGH.
