Volpes products and service is POOR!!!

What a DISAPPOINTMENT. If I could give less than one star I would. Not only is your product of poor, POOR quality, but your customer service is severely lacking. With pathetic, half-hearted replies to my complaints, I am left with nowhere to turn. Having bought new linen for all my rooms, less than a year later I am sitting with bedding that has stains that will not come out no matter what product or technique you use to get them out; I have bedding that has shrunk one size smaller (not a little, but to the point where by duvet and pillows no longer fit into the bedding) and stripped clasps that have broken off duvet covers with almost no effort. Volpes rep**** that "the product does shrink as it indicates on the back of the package" - why would I want something that shrinks an entire size??? Why would I want bedding that has minor stains from every day life that won't come out, no matter how hard I scrub? I bought five full bedding sets as well as duvets and pillows from them and a year later, it will need to be replaced. Please don't waste your money here. You will regret it as I have.
