Volpes online order

I placed an online order on the 3rd of Jan 2020 and until today the 17th of Jan 2020 I have not received it.

I phoned the head office last week and I was promised that I will have the order delivered this Friday, today. When I phoned this morning I am told that I will have to go to Mall of Africa to get one of the items that they could not get. I mean there is a reason why I ordered online, the convenience of not having to go to a store. I was also told that one of the other items is not available at the store I was directed to. No one bothered to notify me about the delay until I had to phone in. I have gone ahead and requested a refund and I was promised that I will get my money on Monday. I hope so.
