Volpes online delays

If you are an online shopper don't bother with Volpes. I did on-line order on the 04th and I'm 😳 shocked that I have not received this yet which is not even being delivered on my doorstep but to be collected at one of their store. When I followed up via email I was told their orders take 7 to 10 working days..... in this day in age, 3 to 5 days is enough for an order. Volpes can do better than this or cancel online orders it is not their thing.
