Volpes online

Returned an item for smaller size. They had no stock, had to order this online in store. This was more than a week ago and I still struggling to get a confirmation of my order and my refurn on larger size. Phone calls and emails is jot even answered. Looks like I just have to go instore to sort this. Why have an online service then available
