Volpes Linen Waiting refund since 21 November 2022

I am tired of begging for my refund, since 21/11/2022 I have been sending multiple emails even included the head office email info@volpes.... . Its been over a month I bought a bedfrill which your sales gentleman said would fit, on the 20th November and returned it on the 21st November 2022 cause it was to big! This is not legal I want my refund back. @volpessa @volpes_sa I have my manual transaction slip completed by your Galleria store sales lady and proof of all my emails send.
